The Resident portal is a convenient way to view and pay rent, utilities and other charges.  

Visit the website by clicking the button above or download the RM Resident app on your smartphone. 

On the Login screen, click “sign up.”  You will be prompted to enter your account number and email address.  Click “sign up.” 

Go to your email account for the account finalization email.  Click the finalize link in the email.  Create a password and click verify.  You are now ready to login.

The community code for the Resident app is gracecomm.

Bills are posted on the Resident Portal and are available anytime by logging in to the resident portal website or resident app.  New charges are normally posted around the 28th of each month.

There is NO fee to pay with your checking account (known as an ACH payment).  There is a 6% fee to use a credit/debit card.

Yes!  You can pay cash at almost any Wal-Mart and other convenient locations.  Contact us to find the nearest location and to get the information you will need to take with you to pay your rent using cash.  

Yes!  Within your Resident account, you can schedule automatic payments each month so that you make sure your payments are always on time and avoid any late fees.
